We are committed to the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hydazeofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the condition of the product and packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, we will reship a new product at no additional cost.

You do not need to return the original item.

Exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Refund Policy

Our default resolution is a free exchange.

However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• If an exchange is not possible due to being out of stock

• If delivery has repeatedly failed and the product cannot be received

If you are in one of these situations, please contact us with the details of your circumstances and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before shipping information has been sent to our logistics partner (usually within a few hours of purchase).

Once an order has been processed and is in preparation for shipment, no changes or cancellations can be made under any circumstances.

Exceptions

Free exchanges and refunds are not available in the following cases:

• An incorrect shipping address was entered

• The customer refused to accept delivery

• The product was damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

• The issue was reported more than 7 days after delivery

• The reason is a change of mind
